plastprintpack & agrofood Nigeria 2017 closes on a very positive note

1,958 visitors (+15%) from all over Nigeria discussed their business with 110 exhibitors from 20 countries

plastprintpack & agrofood Nigeria 2017 closed on a very positive note as 1,958 visitors (+15% on the 2016 event) discussed their business with 110 exhibitors (+28%) from 20 countries.

This 3rd International Trade Show on Plastics, Printing & Packaging enabled thousands of business meetings between professionals from all over Nigeria and global technology leaders and solution providers.

It was the biggest ever show in the Landmark Centre and the first to fill both halls. Organized by the German trade fair specialists fairtrade, plastprintpack Nigeria 2017 took place in conjunction with agrofood Nigeria on 28 to 30 March 2017 at the Landmark Centre in Lagos.

Great speakers, the VDMA Symposium and the record participation of the exhibitors made it an extraordinary event. This is also confirmed by high satisfaction ratings on the part of the exhibitors for agrofood & plastprintpack Nigeria 2017:

  • 85% would recommend the fair
  • 79% are satisfied or very satisfied with the fair as a whole
  • 89% are satisfied or very satisfied with the service of the organizer fairtrade

Mind the new date: The 4th plastprintpack & agrofood Nigeria will take place on 27-29 March 2018 at the Landmark Centre in Lagos.

One of the many highlights was the VDMA-Symposium on German Technology.

Official German Pavilion

For the first time Germany hosted an official German Pavilion at plastprintpack Nigeria 2017. The German Pavilion was presented by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry AUMA, supported by the German Engineering Federation VDMA.

German technology leaders presenting plastprintpack innovations included among others BBM, Bosch Packaging, GEA, Herbold Neue Maschinen und Anlagenbau, Inoex, IPT, Kautex, KHS, Kuhne, Leistritz, Mall + Herlan, Motan-Colortronic, Windmöller & Hölscher and Wittmann-Battenfeld.

Also Italy for the first time had a remarkable presence at the show.
